Portsea Camp
The Portsea Camp is one of Australias premier childrens camps.
With perhaps the best location of any camp, it has been a leader in the provision of charity and school camps since 1945.
The camp is an icon to our shared commitment to our children.
Over its 60 plus years many thousands of Victorians have enjoyed a Portsea Camp experience,
with many returning as volunteers or to just re-live memories, standing at the flagpole casting
an eye over the place that means so much.
The challenges are to: continue as an industry leader, retain accreditation under the Australian
Tourism Accreditation Program, maintain and further strengthen our great staff team and highly
skilled Board of Directors, increase our pool of volunteers, further develop our relationships with
our corporate, community and philanthropic supporters, expand our general business and by so doing –
continue to give needy children the holiday of a lifetime.

Portsea Camp usually over a weekend in October each year
