Notes from last weeks meeting: Welcomed guest Mary Vanaria - Sue C and Phil M attended a Foundation Grants meeting
- Phil M advised the Farmers Market deed expires at the end of 2017. All the paperwork for the Market has been located an emailed to all the clubs and to the market committee. This ensures everyone has access to the documents for transparency and brings all clubs and the committee onto the same page. There are 2 agreements - one is between the 6 clubs and the other is between Rotary and Whitehorse Council. Any funds raised go to local community causes.
- The Bunnings BBQ is on Thursday - we now have tins for donations. The roster is being circulated

- Olive picking weekend - Harvey is contacting attendees separately.
John Dear, a member for 30 years, has advised he is resigning from RC of Nunawading due to other commitments. Members wish John and Pat all the best for the future and hope to see them every now and then. Janette E gave a presentation of the findings from the members survey held late last year.
