Helene Bender AM spoke via ZOOM on the Order of Australia Association and the work they do.
While I did not attend that meeting, John Lynch forwarded me a Power point from which I was able to create a document containing an overview of her presentation
We ran an Australia Day Event at Bunnings Nunawading
on 26 January 2022 and raised an total of $1,225.00
At the February Board meeting, we agreed that we would donate this money
to the Dylan Alcott Foundation.
Dylan is currently Australian of the Year. His Foundation commits to supporting young Australians with disabilities to achieve their potential and dreams.
We have been allocated the Bunnings Nunawading Sausage Sizzle for Sunday 6th March. Thanks to all those members who have offered their help and to the Rotary Club of Forest Hill for once again providing some helpers. Let us hope it is a cooler day than the 34C we had on Australia Day, when we raised $1,250.00.

Sunglasses for Ethiopian Eye Surgery Patients
from Len
I have 27 non prescribed good quality sunglasses . Some are top brands. Not an easy item to come by.
It would be terrific if we could get to 50 plus, one way or another.
