Hi everyone ,

For those not at the Zoom meeting we had a great presentation of the Man behind the badge from our newest member Ian Evans who I am sure will be a great asset to our club.
Although the announcements Sunday from our Premier have given us some hope there are still no guarantees on when we will be able to get back to in person meetings however we are still planning to have a pre-Christmas dinner and have set the date of Wednesday 9 December to be at a venue to be decided. Let’s all hope that it can be achieved.
A new nominating committee was formed on Wednesday for the 2020-2021 year they are            Colin Read, Ben Stennett, Neil Ibbott, Judith Eadon, Wayne Willoughby and Rob Jackson.
The last act of the old nominating committee was to appoint a replacement on the board for the vacancy left when Ben became president elect. A well known member and, our current membership chair Harvey was offered and has accepted the position. Congratulations Harvey.

See you all Wednesday

                  Col

EERN NEEDS YOUR DONATIONS

As we have been distributing stuff for months and not collecting anything much we are pretty keen to get anything.
The more manageable items for the moment are kitchen items. The request is that whilst people are at home , maybe clearing out their cupboards, they might come across some cutlery, crockery, cooking implements and especially glasses that are surplus.
To arrange collection or drop off
call the EERN number 9874 8433
and leave a message.
We will respond as soon as possible.
          Thanks
                          Ian
