Expressions of Interest are being sought from Rotarians, Rotaractors and Friends of Rotary to be involved in putting together the District Conference in March 2020.
I am interested to hear from anyone (Rotarian or non-Rotarian) who would love to work with me in putting on the District Conference. I am looking for people to fill all positions, especially people who are passionate about putting on a function that will be a highlight of my year as District Governor.
Positions available include: Conference Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Protocol Advisor, Program, Registrar, Accommodation, Catering, Marketing, Public Relations, Sponsorship, Website developer. Experience desirable but not necessary, just the desire to be involved and put on the best Conference possible. Here is a spreadsheet I was given which provides guidance on the roles required to run a Conference.
