CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS
BATON RELAY IN WHITEHORSE.
RC NUNAWADING will have possession of the baton from
8:00 am to 10:30 am.

Hi Fellow Rotarians
I am in charge of arranging the carrying of a Rotary baton through our area on April 11. We start at 8:00am in the morning at the Whitehorse Civic Centre in Nunawading and have to have it back there by 10:30am whereby another club takes it over.
We need to visit key spots in our community that have special meaning to our club. We only have 2.5 hours so we can't spend too much time at each location.
Ideas about locations are as follows:
- Blackburn Lake Visitor Centre
- Blackburn Lake Yarning Circle
- Nunawading Ambulance Station
- Nunawading Community Centre
- Eastern Emergency Relief Network
- Blackburn High School
If anyone can think of other locations within our community, please let me know.
We may not be able to visit all these locations as 2.5 hours is very little time especially if we want to make small speeches at each location.
