| CATH LAB NEWS from SUVA | |
from Peter Koens The project is progressing well. ![]() We've managed to empty the container and, on behalf of the RC of Nunawading, I've donated it to the Rotary Club of Suva. Despite its expiring seaworthy certificate and the battering it got on the way from Melbourne to Suva, it's worth 80% more here than we paid for it. It will be sold and the proceeds will be donated to the cath lab for running expenses. The craziest thing that happened today was that the fork lift got bogged in the soft soil next to a concrete path. We used the block and tackle I'd bought to lift the L-arm to pull the fork lift out.(see above pic) . | |

A mammoth task requiring great skill and expertise but perhaps most of all concern and humanity." |
