Eastern Emergency Relief Network
We hope to have 3 - 5 people man our trucks for up to 2 1/2 hours starting at 8:30 am on the third Saturday of the month (excluding January & December). You will assist in picking up donated furniture, and other household items from donors and bring them back to our store.
This volunteer group could be you, family members, friends, workmates or neighbours who are able-bodied. The truck is equipped with lifters and trolleys, and there should not be a heavy lifting requirement.
To drive the truck only a car licence is required and you must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes.
