- We were visited by former member Col Berry who led the Club in singing the National Anthem, as he had done many times in the past.
- Sue Warmington will be taking water filters to Bail on behalf of the Rotary Club of Mitcham for their water purification project.
- Ian Armstrong reminded members about the Paraplegic Benefit Fund. For only $37 per year, you and your family can get a benefit of $ 100,000. It was very timely that at the meeting we had a presentation from the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre.
- Suzanne Murphy reported that Max Drayton had finished another round of treatment. He has to undergo more tests but he hoped to visit us soon.
- Ben Stennett again won the Footy Tipping Competition. The competition has raised over $ 700 this year.
