ROTARIANS AGAINST MALARIA
[RAM]

Mosquitoes are the deadliest creatures on our planet.  Malaria is spread by mosquitoes.  Malaria causes over 400,000 deaths each year. Sadly 470 children under 5 die each day. 3.2billion people are at risk. Do you know the symptoms?

Funds are needed to continue the work of Rotarians Against Malaria in PNG, the Solomon Islands and Timor Leste.  In 2019 -20 RAM are implementing malaria elimination programs in Vanuatu with the World Health Organisation.

Our District fundraising target is $20,000 this year.  We seek a $500 pledge from each Rotary Club to help save lives.
Individual donations are tax deductible. Donations can be made via www.rawcs.ram.com.au

Do you like to travel?  You could be at risk. The Malaria carrying mosquito thrives in a tropical climate
