Last Monday, Road Safety Education (RSE) and Nunawading Rotarians hosted some 140 students from Keysborough College. The venue was Sandown Racetrack with the rain holding off for the day. This was good for the 'Speed & Stopping' session!
We were light on helpers, however the management skills of Karen from RSE came into play, organising a seamless delivery of each segment. Students and teachers were most attentive, with one teacher commenting - it was her first Ryda and how impressed she was with the program!

You were missed Bob W, so there was lots of talk behind your back!

A new school, Lilydale Heights College has recently joined the program with their date being Monday 10th November. Lilydale Youth Chair, Simon advised he has three volunteers of the six required and will seek more at their meeting next week. Simon asked if Nunawading could please assist. I am OK to help and provide transport to Lilydale Lake for any Nunawading members who could assist.
Please let Bob Williams know if you can help. We need only two.
