What a successful night!
 
The reports from many sources last night and this morning were so positive. People love a good Trivia Night
 
The purpose of this communication  is to thank my Fellowship & Fundraising Committee and members for all their efforts to make this evening a success.

 
  • Russell, as the MC of Trivia, for his strongly thought out questions and delivery. His moustache and challenging sayings game that keep us all entertained.
  • Neil and Vivian  for their efforts with the Silent Auction item gathering and chocolate gathering from Michael Sukkar and Coles
  • Neil, Gabby and Janette for the set up and running of the Silent Auction and particularly the securing of payment for all items so no body was delayed.
  • Janette for taking over the card payment procedure to collect the vital funds for the silent auction. 
  • Wayne for his Coin toss efforts and Neil for winning this game with one amazing toss. I will be around to try the Scotch !!
  • Last but far from least, Rob Jackson for his support to Russell all night with the consolidation of the 7 table trivia scores and games sheets to review and tally.
 
Finally, to all those members who generously contributed the Auction and Silent Auction items as the fundamental basis of our evenings fund raising. We could not have the night's fundraising results without you
 
Russell will have the results tomorrow when he totals the card payments and cash and we will communicate this to the members
 
We had 68 starters for the evening and some 50 of those present we made up of member partners and our "Friends of Rotary which added  strongly to the positive fund raising success of the night
 
All in all, a great night for those in attendance and the Club!
