CANADIAN ADVENTURE JUNE 2018

TEAM RISELEY PRE-CONVENTION

CANADIAN ADVENTURE JUNE 2018

Following the initial tour information being sent out to all Rotarians in District 9810 we are close to confirming the Team Riseley Pre-Convention Canadian Adventure 2018. The tour will begin in Vancouver and arrive in Toronto on 22 June. This will give delegates time to explore or attend pre-convention activities prior to the convention beginning on 23rd June.
With excellent Expressions of Interest from many Rotarians over the past months to travel to the International Convention in Toronto we have prepared a great tour itinerary of Canada beginning in Vancouver.

We invite interested Rotarians and Partners/Friends to join us on Tuesday 8th August at
Melbourne Baseball Club in Surry Park
Surry Drive, near the Corner of Elgar Road
Box Hill South
 7.00pm.
Drinks at Bar Prices, Coffee/tea & nibbles provided
RSVP: Helen Wragg by Friday 4th August
We will have a Canadian Tour Expert along to answer your queries about the tour and Canada.

The Tour requires a minimum number of passengers to proceed. Global Wise Travel requires a $500 participation fee, fully refundable if the tour does not meet minimum numbers.
This participation fee is required by 24th August 2017.
Once the tour numbers have been confirmed the $500 becomes your deposit and is non-refundable.

Past President Helen Wragg, Rotary Club of Hampton, proprietor of Global Wise Travel, will manage the tour. Helen is happy to answer any questions on this project. Her contact details are:
