GIVE A GOAT OR COW

Last month, the Milking Cows & Goats Project (RC Healesville) featured in RDU. 
This Humanitarian project provides sustainable farm aid and infrastructure to fight poverty and hunger among orphans and needy villagers  in Kariakomo Parish, Meru, Kenya, Africa.

• A village goat is AUD $75 this goat is a valuable addition to a breeding herd
• A milking goat known as a Toggenburg and Gives 3-5 Litres of milk a day  She costs AUD$350 and feeds up to 10 orphans and a grandmother daily  
• A male Toggenburg costs AUD $375 and a male is valuable, they provide fresh genes

• A Village cow is priced at AUD$450 and provide milk
• A village bull is AUD$350 see attachment
• A Holstein/Friesian bred in Kenya cost AUD$2,800  including transport. These cows give around 20-22 Litres a day and are placed at schools feeding needy children at school
