PP Sue Warmington presented to the Club members on Food Safety. Sue had provided Food Safety training to her students at AMES. Food Safety is important for everyone and especially for us if we are on the Egg and Bacon Stall at the Market and on the Bunnings Sausage Sizzles.The presentation with the slides she used (and a whole lot more she didn't have time for) is available to download here.
Please take a few moments to look at it and fill in the Questionnaire (test sheet). This information is all that is required to Level 1 Food Safety. AND indeed all one needs to remember to serve safe food!
