PACK A MEAL

This report has been compiled from reports and photos provided by Gabby, Judith and Roger

Last Wednesday 10 RC of Nunawading Rotarians and Flynn Smart joined around 70 to 80 other Rotarians, Rotaract, Interactors and friends to pack 20,000 meals.  Many of these meals will be shipped to the Philippines.
Bob Davis organised pizzas for dinner!

The  PACK A MEAL project is run by the Rotary Club of Canterbury.

To read the thank you email sent by Rotaract

Good Morning,

We'd just like to say a massive thank you and congratulations for your efforts at our Packing Night last night.

It was amazing to see the support of our surrounding Rotary, Rotaract and Interact Clubs, as well as all of the school groups, friends, family, and everyone else that came along!

Together we packed 4,000 bags of food which will provide 20,000 meals! The packs will start being distributed this weekend to those who need them.

If you'd like us to tag your Club in our posts about last night please just reply to this email and let us know (if you can send the link to your clubs page that would be really helpful). We are on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, so are happy to spread the word on all of those platforms. If your club replaced their meeting with our Packing Night we'd also love to share that! And if you make a post, be sure to tag us in it!

If you'd like to hear more about Whitehorse Rotaract and what else we do, just let us know and we're happy to have a chat.

Warmest Regards,
Alice, Dan & the Whitehorse Rotaract Team
